For over a decade I’ve worked exclusively with organisations driving social, environmental, and public health impact, including Médecins Sans Frontières, Health Systems Insight, WWF, the European Commission, UCL, QMUL, Girls Not Brides, Refugee Rights Europe, and Publish What You Pay.
I specialise in service design, interaction design, and strategic communications, working across the full lifecycle from user research and discovery through to shipped product. My approach is research-led and outcomes-focused: I don’t design solutions before I understand the problem, the people, and the context.
